If you need to cancel an order, the timeframe for cancelling depends on the delivery method selected.
Store Pickup - Cancel before the order is picked up. If the order is not claimed within two (2) days, your order will be cancelled.
Local Delivery - Cancel any time prior to the day of the delivery is dispatched.
To cancel, please click and complete the cancellation form or call us at (929) 373-FISH. Once your request has been submitted, we will send you an email notification that your cancellation has been completed.
