To ensure you receive the species in a healthy condition and reduce the travel stress, we offer free delivery in the following counties/boroughs :

Minimum order of $175 in livestock.
What are your delivery hours?
Online orders placed before 12PM EST are generally processed and delivered the next day. Our driver will bring the order to your door based on the shipping address specified on your order. If you live in an apartment, please make sure the driver can get into the building. Deliveries are made during the following days and times:
Monday through Friday Delivery 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday Delivery 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Bad weather or other unforeseeable traffic emergencies may force us to postpone or suspend the scheduled delivery. If there is a significant delay, our staff will call or e-mail to notify you on your delivery status.
What if I'm not home?
All local deliveries require signature upon delivery. The package cannot be left unattended. We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent aquatic life from being exposed to other elements and extreme temperatures. If you think that you may not be available in time to receive your delivery or need to reschedule, please notify us and complete the Request to Reschedule Form to make new arrangements. Changes to the delivery day or time must be notified by 12PM EST before the delivery is dispatched.
Failure to accept delivery on the first attempt or delivery refusal is subject to restocking fee of 25% of the cost of livestock items excluding fees and tax.
We offer free store pickup that allows you to purchase your favorite items online and pick them up in the store. There is no charge for pickup. Browse our selection from our website and complete checkout to place your order. When checkout, click CHANGE and choose the "Store Pickup" delivery method. Pickup is available anytime during our retail store hours of operation. Please present a valid ID (Driver's License or government issued ID) and receipt upon arrival. The first and last names of the ID must match the billing name on the order or receipt.
How long will the store hold my order?
We will hold the order for two (2) days from the date of purchase. After two (2) days your order has not been picked up, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
How do I cancel my Free Store Pickup?
Free Store Pickup orders are processed immediately once the order is placed. As a result, order cancellation is not available. Order will be cancelled if it is not picked up within 2 days from the date of purchase.
